JOB: Cross-Promotion Specialist
Overview
Champion Theme Inc., http://www.championtheme.com, provides a Web site service where two or more companies, or organizations, can connect and communicate to promote a product or service together using methods such as contests, fundraisers, sponsorships, sweepstakes, or giveaways. We're looking for a Cross-Promotion Specialist to help guide current and prospective members through the process of finding the right partner for their cross-promotion.

Responsibilities
- Learn the products (Submit & Search Promotions) and services (Web & Print Design and Web Development Services) plus be able to answer most questions
- Follow-up with members that are interested in Web & Print Design and Web Development Services
- Call new leads, welcome them and answer any of their questions in free and premium membership
- Call new members, welcome them and answer any of their questions in submitting their promotion
- Know the customer by researching them before initiating contact
- Log all lead and member activity in Zoho CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- Provide feedback on frequently asked questions for the Help page of our Web site
- Work a minimum 2 hours per day during business days from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST
- Provide a maximum 1 business day turn around on any correspondence from leads or members
- Attend a minimum 1 hour every other week staff meeting
- NO cold calling unless you want to contact a company about our products and services

Experience
- Exceptionally strong spoken and written communication skills. Must be able to interact and communicate effectively with members and leads, interface with other departments, and present information to managers
- Solid prospecting abilities & excellent customer relationship skills
- Experience at a technology company, a plus

Skills
- Ability to communicate ideas/data both verbally and written, in a persuasive and appropriate manner
- Ability to make and maintain member and lead contact
- Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records of appointments, calls, follow-up calls, etc.
- Ability to set priorities and workflow to accomplish day-to-day tasks in a timely manner
- High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of HTML, Photoshop a plus

Education
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required; College degree preferred

Compensation
- 20% commission on total monthly value of membership for members you bring in, for the lifetime of their membership, paid each month
- 20% commission on total project value for members you bring in or have been assigned to you, paid at the end of the month total billing is collected for that project
